How to Restore Deleted ChatGPT Images on Phone
If you use ChatGPT on an Android phone or iPhone, follow these steps to check for your deleted images.
Step 1: Open the ChatGPT app on your phone and go to the Library. Tap the three-line menu icon to see the available options.
Step 2: Look for the Deleted section and open it. If your deleted image is listed there, select the image you want to recover.
Step 3: Tap Restore, if the option is available. After restoring the image, return to your Library and check whether it appears again.
How to Restore Deleted ChatGPT Images on PC
You can also check your ChatGPT Library using a Windows PC or laptop. Follow these steps to look for your deleted images.
Step 1: Open ChatGPT in your web browser and sign in to the same account you used to create the image. Click on Library and open the Images section.
Step 2: Click the two-line menu or filter icon and look for the Trash option. If you find it, open the section and search for the image you deleted.
Step 3: Select the image and click Restore, if this option is available. Once restored, return to the Images section and check whether your image is visible again.
What If You Cannot Find Your Deleted ChatGPT Images?
If you cannot find the Deleted or Trash section, check that you are signed in to the correct ChatGPT account. You can also look through your previous conversations to see whether the image is still available there.
Keep in mind that the available options may differ depending on your ChatGPT interface. If an image or chat was permanently deleted and no recovery option is provided, it may not be possible to restore it. In that case, if you still have the original prompt, you can try generating the image again.
