How to Fix Android TV Stuck on Boot Logo (Fix TV Boot Logo Loop)

If your Android TV is stuck on the boot logo or keeps restarting in a boot-loop, this guide explains the exact steps you need to follow. These solutions work on Mi, Redmi, Xiaomi, Realme, OnePlus, Sony, Philips, TCL, Motorola, Nokia, Vu, and all other Android Smart TVs.

✅ 1. Power Reset (Soft Reset)

This fixes almost 70% of boot-loop issues without any data loss.

  1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet.
  2. Press and hold the Power button on the TV (not remote) for 15 seconds.
  3. Keep the TV unplugged for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Plug it back in and turn it on normally.

✅ 2. Remove USB / HDMI Devices

Sometimes TVs get stuck during boot because of corrupted USB drives or HDMI devices.

  • Remove USB drives, external hard disks, Fire TV Stick, Chromecast, gaming consoles, and HDMI devices.
  • Restart your TV.

✅ 3. Boot Into Recovery Mode (Hard Reset)

If the OS software is corrupted, you must enter Android Recovery Mode and perform a system reset.

Works for: Sony, Mi, Xiaomi, Philips, TCL, Realme, Vu, Motorola, Nokia, Blaupunkt, etc.

  1. Turn the TV off completely.
  2. Press & hold Power + Volume Down buttons on the TV panel.
  3. While holding the buttons, plug the TV back into power.
  4. Keep holding until Android Recovery Mode appears.
  5. Select:
Wipe data / Factory reset → Yes

⚠ Warning: This will erase apps, login accounts, and personal settings — but it fixes most boot-loop issues.

✅ 4. For Mi / Redmi / Xiaomi / Realme / OnePlus TV (Fastboot Recovery)

  1. Turn Off and then Turn On your TV.
  2. Try entering recovery using these combinations:
Remote: Center (OK) Button + Back Button
    OR
TV Panel: Power Button + Volume Down
    (Hold until Android Recovery appears.)
  3. Once you enter Android Recovery Mode:

  4. Select Wipe Cache Partition first and press OK. This removes temporary corrupted files.
  5. If your TV is still stuck, enter Recovery Mode again and select:
    Wipe data / Factory reset
This will erase all apps, Google account, WiFi settings, and preferences — restoring the TV to factory condition.

Following these steps solves most Android TV boot screen and boot-loop problems without needing a service center. If the TV still doesn’t boot, the issue may be with the motherboard or eMMC storage.
