Formula :

First Name : =LEFT(B3,FIND(" ",B3)-1)

Middle Name : =MID(B3,FIND(" ",B3)+1,FIND(" ",B3,FIND(" ",B3)+1)-FIND(" ",B3)-1)

Last Name: =RIGHT(B3,LEN(B3)-FIND(" ",B3,FIND(" ",B3)+1))
