Windows taskbar : how to open desktop taskbar icon in shortcut

Using mouse is always take long time instead of using keyboard shortcut keys. Now you can open your desktop taskbar icon by using keyboard shortcut keys, in Windows desktop taskbar icon will open with windows key. Lets see how its work. 

Hold "windows key" and press "1" your first taskbar icon will open, following this you can open your all taskbar icon by pressing "windows key" + serial number of icon for example if your video player in 5 position in your taskbar just press windows key + 5 your video player will open.

5. If password key asked put the number "0000" or "1234" (default passkey for majority of bluetooth) if it doesn't work see the manual of your speaker. 

6.  After successfully paired speaker bluetooth indicator will flash. 

7. Adjust the volume of both in device and speakers.

Microsoft word : how to insert different page numbers in same doc.

In this article I will show you easy way of inserting different page numbers in same word documents.

 

How to put different page numbers in same document

1)  Put the cursor end of page from where you want to change the different page numbers.

2)  Go to "Page setup" or use shortcut (in 2007 press "Alt+P,S,P,in 2003 press "Alt+F,U")

3)  In down there is a option of "Apply to" Click on "This point forward" next page will be open 

4)  Suddenly to go "Insert" "Page Number" or use shortcut (in 2007 press "Alt+N,N,U, in 2003 press "Alt+I,U")

5)  A Page number format will appear on your screen click on "Start at"  and give your page number from you want to start.

Hi, everyone today we will learn how to make portrait and landscape in same word document. The method is same for both word 2007 and 2003.

How to make Portrait and Landscape in same document

1)  Open word document the page will be in portrait 

2)  Put cursor end of page or text

3)  Go to "Page setup" or use shortcut (in 2007 press "Alt+P,S,P, in 2003 press "Alt+F,U")

4)  Page setup window will appear on your screen

5)  In "Orientation" Click on "Landscape" then,

6)  In down there is a option of "Apply to" Click on "This point forward" the cursor will go in next page your page landscape now if you want next page portrait put your cursor end of page or text, then go to "page setup" click on "Portrait" then click "Apply to" "This point forward" your page will be portrait.

Microsoft word: how to do page setup, margin, page number in shortcut

Page setup, margin and page number is very important for every document which you type in Microsoft word proper page setup and margin give standard outlook to your document.  Many people got confused to giving page setup are margin they just increased page setup margin if their text not fitted in default page setup, don't do this your document look ugly.  Today I will show standard page setup margin for your document. If you are typing thesis, dissertation, project report or assignment. The page setup must be:

In MS word 2007 press "Alt+S,P,S" page setup window will appear, put margin, "Top 1.0" "Bottom 1.0" "Left 1.50" " Right 1.0" in paper select the "A4"

In MS word 2003 press "Alt+F,U" page setup window will appear, put margin, "Top 1.0" "Bottom 1.0" "Left 1.50" " Right 1.0" in paper select the "A4"

The one more important thing is inserting page number to the document you can place your page number in any area of page like bottom: left, right, center, Top: left, right center, I normally use bottom right and center but you can place page number as per your need.  Now see the shortcut of inserting page number.

In MS word 2007 press  "Alt+N,N,U" then select the place where you want to insert page number. 

In MS word 2003 press  "Alt+I,U" then click "Position" and "Alignment" to  select the place where you want to insert page number.

Equation editor shortcut keys

Typing equation is very difficult for new user the main problem is using mouse for each time when you type equation and selecting options from equation bar even its take long time for clicking on equation icon to open equation editor. Today I try to change your way to working with equation editor. 

To open equation editor click on "Insert" "Object" "Microsoft Equation 3.0" and click "Ok" equation editor box will appear.  The main difficulty is need to click equation icon for each time when you type equation, here I solved this problem with shortcut key. (see video end of this article to know how to create shortcut key to open equation editor).
