2.    In Roaming folder open the “Microsoft” folder than open the “Templates” folder

3.       Here you will find “Normal” files just rename it as “OldNormal” that’s it, restart the pc and try to open word, if this not work, follow the second method.

4.       Open Control Panel-Program-Programs and Features select the MS Office and “Repair” it
