How to Fix “The File or directory is corrupted and unreadable” Error (Location is not available)

“The File or directory is corrupted and unreadable” this is a most common error of USB pen drive, if you are getting this type of error; than you should try this easy method to fix this error, I have tried this and its work for me, hope this will also fix your problem, just follow the step below.

1.       First attach your usb pen drive than go to run type “cmd” and hit “enter”  

2.       A command prompt will be open; type this code “chkdsk d: /f /r” and hit enter (write your drive letter in place of “d:”, after this action complete close the command prompt and try to open your pen drive, its better remove and reattach pen drive.
