There may be lot of reasons behind printing issues like printing in queue, fail to print documents, printing error, or add to printer etc. here I will shows some important steps to fix almost all types of printing error, so before you do any hard work try these easy steps to fix printing issues.
1. Go to “Control Panel” – “Hardware and Sound” than click on “Devices and Printers” double click on printer and click on “Printer” and click on “Cancel all documents” this will cancel all printing queue documents and let you further printing.
2. The second steps is open the run command type “services.msc” find the “Print Spooler” right click and click on “Stop” after this again right click and now click on “Start”, if still not work try the next step
3. Copy paste below code in this pc and delete whatever you find
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS
4. Also check the printer driver update, paper jam, paper feeding, printer usb connection, etc.

Sir I have Epson L 360 when I command S nd to the printer then not respondoing error msg comes on screen 1:- communication problem and 2:- print job not send to the printer
And when i update driver and software then printer performance okay
I restart my PC then i command same problem facing plz if you understand what I tried to explain the situation help sir

I'm using ZEBRA ZT230, but first print only will come, otherwise it will show these errors. if i restart the computer then it will print auto, when i restart the service of printer Spooler also print will come. but only one time please help me to fixed this error
