Are you facing charging only? when you connects phone to pc or laptop via usb; than you should continue this article, by default android phone set to charging only whenever connected to pc, but we need to media transfer inbetween phone and, so let see how to change usb option like, media transfer or storage device…
1. Go to “phone-setting” tap on “developer options” if no developer options available in your phone than tap “about phone” tap 6 to 7 times on “build number” this will activate developer options
2. Now “Developer options” turn on “USB debugging” scroll down
3. Tap on “Select USB Configuration” and check on “MTP (media transfer protocol)”
4. Now connect the phone to pc using USB, this will allow media transfer
