1.      Open google in the pc and in search box type “Opera VPN for windows” open the first link, scroll down and click on “Download now”.  After download make a installation, a opera icon will appear on desktop 

2.      Open opera click on “Menu”“Setting”“Privacy & security” and check on “Enable VPN”

3.       Now you can see VPN on address bar for more info and control click on “VPN” of address bar change location and turn off and On
