How to Reduce Excel File Size without using any Software

There are many software available to compress excel file, but in this article I will shows easiest way to compress or reduce MS Excel file size upto 75% without using any software, you don’t need to do any hard work for this, just change the file format name, let see how do this;

1.       Open the excel open click on “File”

2.       Click on “Save As” – “Browse” select output location, give the file name,

3.       In Save as type, select “Excel Binary Workbook” and hit “Save” this will reduce the file size.
