How to Fix This Site Can’t be Reached (Err_Connection_Refused)

If you got “This Site Can’t be Reached” error; this mean definitely something wrong with your internet connection; but don’t be worry I will shows some easy steps to fix this issue if everything ok with internet connection, just follow these easy steps.

1.     First check internet connection and cables; if everything ok than try these steps.  

2.      Go to start type “Network problems” open it and let it to do its job,

3.       Open command prompt type “ipconfig /flushdns”       hit enter and close this command prompt

4.       Open the chrome browser and in address bar type “chrome://flags” search for “Experimental QUIC Protocol” and disable it;

5.       Now go to chrome setting – show advance setting, in Privacy check on “Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly”.
