1. Smart lookup : you can web search direct from the word just select and right on the text, click on “Smart Lookup” the web results will shows.
2. Share: from this option you can invite and collaborate anyone to view and edit your document.
3. Tell me what you want to do: this is best cool feature added in office 2016, just click on box and type your requirement for example add page number, add table, header, footer and lot more…..
4. Store and Add-ins: from store you can add new features and add-ins into your word, click on “Insert” and click on “Store”
5. Online Videos: you can insert and watch online video from the various websites right on the word document click on “Insert” and click on “Online Video” search your videos.
6. Online picture: search and insert picture from online, click on “Insert” and click on “Online Picture” search and insert your picture.
7. Send email: attach and send your word document, go to “file” – “Share” – “Email” – “Send as Attachment”
8. PDF: You can easily convert word document into PDF without using any software, click on “file” – “Save As” – “Browse” – “Save as type” – PDF.
