
Just follow this 20-20-20 (20min-20sec- 20feet) method, its mean look at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes spend on computer. I know it’s hard to remember after 20 or 30 minutes to look an a objective, I have the solution for this problem also, just use WorkRave free software which remained you after particular time it also provide various types of stretching exercises that you can do during these breaks.
